A. JetDock comes with a Lifetime Limited Warranty, virtually unheard of in the marine industry. This Lifetime Limited Warranty means that as long as you own the dock, we guarantee the Jet Dock module.

Q. Will the dock purchase increased access to my watercraft?
A. JetDock's configurations allows for complete 360° stable walk around access to all areas of your boat.

Q. Can the system be easily relocated?
A. Yes, JetDock is a floating structure that can easily be relocated or moved for the winter.

Q. Can the docking system start from dry land?
A. The JetDock system if need be, can be positioned to actually start on dry land.

Q. Who much water does the dock need?
A. Our standard JetDock system draws only 2-4 inches of water with a watercraft loaded.

Q. Does the dock have provisions for security systems?
A. All JetDock System can have an optional factory security system installed originally, or even the ability to install a JetDock aftermarket security system at a latter date.

Q. What about the durability of the dock?
A. JetDock is made from High Density Polyethylene that will not rot, rust, corrode, fade, or deteriorate. The JetDock system is also resistant to UV, ice, fuel and impact damage.

Q. Will the dock purchase actually help to maintain the value of watercraft?
A. JetDock will eliminate dock rash, reduce the amount of chemical required to keep it clean and prevent any damage by improper docking.

Q. Can the dock be expanded?

A. Due to JetDock's design, the dock can be expanded in any direction in increments as small as 20".

Q. How heavy is the docking system? Can it easily be broken down if required for fall haul out?

A. Each cube weights only 14 Lbs, most units can be broken down in 30 minutes and hauled out in manageable sizes.

Q. What is the required maintenance for the dock?
A. Jetdock is virtually maintenance free. No more yearly painting or replacing components. In some applications the dock is even safe to leave in year round.

Q. Does the drive-on dock come complete with a Back-Up Safety Winch/Turret?
A. Every JetDock Drive-On system has a standard back-up winch allowing for placement of watercraft on dock even when loss of power occurs. Also, this system also allows for assistance when launching of watercraft >12’.

Q. Is the dock surface non slip and resistant to chemicals etc.?
A. Yes.

Q. Can I change the present configuration to suit any future needs?
A. JetDock is a modular, changeable system, able to accommodate your future requirements. JetDock will accommodate almost any watercraft with complete drive-on capability now and in the future. All components are reusable for future configurations requirements. The JetDock drive-on docks can be re-configured to accommodate any future purchases, such as; pontoon boats, ski boats, outboards, jet boats, catamarans, sailboats, sea planes, and high performance boats up to 50'.

Q. Is there any moveable parts, or parts that will wear?
A. There are no moveable parts on any JetDock drive-on application up to 25'. For watercraft greater than 25', airlift and performance series have optional hydraulic systems installed.

Q. What is entry onto the dock like?
A. JetDock has a patented drive-on ramped design allowing for a very slow controlled entry onto dock. This ramping design allows for complete drive-on for all watercraft types and sizes without requiring any winching.

Q. Is the system sold complete?
A. All JetDock systems are sold fully complete and functional with all required high torque fasteners, connecting pins and perimeter cleats. All drive-on docking lift systems are sold complete and functional including all required high torque fasteners, connecting pins, perimeter cleats, buoyancy beams, keel deflection systems, keel guidance tracks, exterior tubular bunk systems (if required), interior tubular bunk systems, backup winch turret, and launch assist system.

Q. Will you provide previous customers numbers and locations so that potential customer can speak with them directly, and/or arrange site visits of these installations sites?
A. Yes, upon approval of customer to release their information.
